Account Executive e-Learning | Crawford & Company | Madison, WI

Summary of Role:
Under the general direction of the VP e-Learning Services, conducts
sales calls, prepares proposals, represents e-Learning services at trade
shows, and makes formal presentations to clients and calls on existing
clients and other Account Executives to generate new revenue and to
protect existing revenue. This job is for a start-up division of
Crawford Educational Services called Crawford Online
(http://www.crawfordonline.com). It is primarily a sales position but due to
the start-up nature of the business the candidate will need to bring a
flexibility that may require them to assist with project management and
implementation. Under the general direction of the VP e-Learning
Services, the successful candidate conducts sales calls, prepares
proposals, represents e-Learning services at trade shows, and makes
formal presentations to clients and calls on existing clients to
generate new revenue and to protect existing revenue.
Responsibilities: Delivers sales presentations to existing and
prospective clients.
Delivers onsite training to new clients.
Delivers webinars and webex presentations to existing and prospective
clients .
Coordinates the follow up and development of sales leads generated by
Inside Sales Team utilizing Salesforce.com.
Coordinates and implements the client installation of the product.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in the daily use of Salesforce.com.
- Excellent knowledge of e-Learning products and services, instructional
design, general insurance and risk management principles, terminology
and practices.
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong negotiating techniques and sales closing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Very good organization ability.
- Personal computer skills, understanding of data bases.
Experience:
Previous experience in sales as well as managing, supervising, or
delivering the services required by the client.
